Design rules we follow on every card

  • One offer. One headline a person can read from across the table.
  • One way to respond, large: a phone number or a QR code. If both, the phone number wins the space.
  • A reason to act this month: a free estimate, a first-visit offer, a seasonal check.
  • Your logo smaller than the offer. The offer sells; the logo reminds.
  • A code or number that appears only on the napkin card, so the calls can be counted.
  • Dark on light or light on dark, never light on light. The window adds a little glare.

Sending us a file

Email the file to hello@nextbitemedia.com or attach it to the availability form. We check the size, safe area and legibility, send back a proof, and print after you approve it.

Having us design it

Send your logo, the offer, the phone number or link, and the colors you use. A proof comes back for approval. Changes are included on the schedule in your plan.
