Free Napkin Dispensers for Delis and Sandwich Shops
Free napkin dispensers for delis and sandwich shops come with starter napkins, no cost, and no contract. A local non-food business sponsors the window, and you approve every one.

Lunch rush napkin habits at a deli
Between noon and one, the line moves fast and nobody takes one napkin. Customers grab a handful at the register for a sandwich that drips oil, mustard, and pickle juice.
Call-in orders get a stack thrown in the bag. Catering trays go out with a whole sleeve.
Register, condiment station, and the call-in shelf
We put a dispenser at the register, one at the condiment station with the mustard and pickles, and one on each table if you have seating.
The pickup shelf for call-in orders is a good spot too. People wait there, look around, and grab what they need one at a time.
- Register: where the handful-grabbing happens.
- Condiment and pickle station: away from the pumps.
- Call-in pickup shelf: where people stand and wait.
Who sponsors cards near office lunch crowds
Deli regulars are often office workers, contractors, and people from nearby shops. Tax preparers, insurance agents, chiropractors, and mortgage brokers fit that crowd.
We never place food or beverage ads, so no competing sandwich shop or chip brand ends up at your register.
Refills and visits that stay out of the lunch window
Your staff refill napkins as usual. We bring a starter supply and tell you which standard interfold refills fit.
We visit before or after lunch, never during it. You approve every sponsor up front, and if you want one gone, call or text and it comes out.
Wrapped sandwiches, oily bread, and the pickle barrel
Deli sandwiches are wrapped in paper and eaten fast, often standing up or in a car. Oil from the bread, dressing, and pickle juice all run toward the bottom of the wrap.
That's why customers grab extra at the register. They don't know where their next napkin is coming from.
Having a dispenser at the register, the condiment station, and every table tells them more napkins are right there, so the grab gets smaller. Your staff spend less time restocking the counter during the lunch line.

Questions from delis and sandwich shops
Will the dispensers slow down my line?
They shouldn't. Customers pull a napkin as they pay, the same motion as grabbing from a stack. The difference is they get one at a time, so the register stack lasts longer and staff refill it less often during the rush.
What about catering orders?
Keep a sleeve of standard interfold napkins in the back for catering and delivery bags. The dispensers are for the register, condiment station, and tables. They take the same napkin size, so you only stock one kind.
We don't have much seating. Can we do counter only?
Yes. Counter-only works well for delis. A dispenser at the register and one at the condiment station covers most of the napkin traffic. Tell us at the walk-through.
When do you come by?
Route visits are scheduled outside your lunch window. We check every card, wipe the window, and take a photo for our records. It takes a few minutes and doesn't need your staff's help.
