Free Napkin Dispensers for Diners
Free napkin dispensers for diners and breakfast spots, plus a starter supply of napkins, with no cost and no contract. A local non-food business sponsors the small window, and you approve it first.

Syrup, coffee rings, and the booth napkin pile
Diner napkins mop up syrup, coffee drips, and egg yolk. By the second coffee refill, every booth has a crumpled pile next to the jam caddy.
Table tents and printed promos don't last long either. They get coffee rings, get folded into coasters, and get tossed by the morning busser.
Fitting a dispenser into booths and along the counter
The dispenser sits where the old napkin holder did, beside the sugar caddy, salt and pepper, and ketchup. In booths it goes against the wall so nobody knocks it with a plate.
Along the counter, one dispenser every few stools keeps napkins in reach without crowding the coffee cups.
- Booths: against the wall, card facing the seats.
- Counter: shared between neighboring stools.
- Register: for to-go orders and the weekend wait.
What diner regulars will see in the window
Diner crowds are regulars: retirees in the morning, families on weekends, and workers at lunch. Sponsors that fit include insurance agents, optometrists, realtors, and physical therapists.
The card is small and sits in the dispenser's window. It doesn't change your menu, your specials board, or the table setup.
How diner owners say no to a sponsor
You see every advertiser and the card proof before it goes on your tables. If you don't want it, it doesn't go in. If you change your mind later, call or text and we pull it.
On route visits we check cards, wipe windows, and take a photo of each one. Staff keep refilling napkins during side work, same as now.
Weekend breakfast waits and the counter regulars
Saturday and Sunday mornings, the wait spills out the door and the host stand turns into a second register. A dispenser there gives to-go customers a napkin without reaching into a server station.
Counter regulars sit in the same stools every day and read everything in front of them, including the card. That's one reason you get final say on what goes in the window.
Late-night diners see a different crowd after the bars close. The dispensers keep napkins controlled through every shift.

Questions from diners
Will the dispenser fit with my sugar caddy and syrup?
It's a compact tabletop unit, roughly the footprint of a small paperback standing on end. It sits where most diners already keep a napkin holder. We look at your booths and counter at the walk-through before we bring anything.
My regulars don't like clutter. Will the ad bother them?
The card sits inside the dispenser's front window, so there's nothing extra on the table. You approve each sponsor, and if regulars complain about one, we take it out. It's your dining room.
Who wipes down the dispensers?
Your staff wipe them with a damp cloth and mild cleaner, the way they wipe the rest of the table setup. On our route visits we also clean the window and check that every card is straight and readable.
Can I keep my own specials table tents?
Yes. The dispenser doesn't replace anything you already put on the table. Many owners keep their specials cards and just swap out the old napkin holders for the dispensers.
