Free Napkin Dispensers for Burger and Wing Restaurants
Free napkin dispensers for burger and wing restaurants come with starter napkins, no cost, and no contract. Local non-food businesses sponsor the window, and only the ones you approve.

Saucy hands and the napkin burn
Wings are eaten with fingers, and buffalo sauce doesn't come off with one napkin. A burger with the works drips through the wrapper. Guests reach for more napkins every few bites.
With a loose stack, a sticky hand pulls ten at once, and the ones underneath get sauce on them too.
Where the dispenser sits in a burger and wing joint
One goes on each table and booth, set to the side so baskets and bone bowls fit. One sits at the pickup counter and one at the sauce and condiment station.
One-at-a-time dispensing matters most here. A guest with sauce on their fingers touches only the napkin they pull.
- Tables and booths: beside the basket, not under it.
- Sauce and condiment station: for ranch and ketchup refills.
- Pickup counter: for to-go orders on game day.
Sponsor cards for a game-day crowd
Your crowd is families, teams after practice, and groups watching the game. Auto repair shops, gyms, barbershops, and car dealerships tend to fit.
We never place ads for other restaurants, delivery apps, or drink brands. No other wing spot will ever show up on your tables.
Clean-up, refills, and saying no to a card
Staff wipe the dispensers with a damp cloth when they bus the table. The housing is plastic with a clear face, so sauce comes off. Refills go in like any dispenser.
You approve every advertiser before a card is printed for your tables. If one bothers you, call or text and we pull it on the next stop.
Game days, wet naps, and the pickup rush
On game days the dining room fills, the pickup counter stacks up with wing orders, and guests ask for wet naps by the dozen. That's when a loose napkin stack runs out first.
Napkins also get used to wipe sauce off phones, tables, and kids. A dispenser at every table keeps them handy so guests don't walk up to the counter with sticky hands.
After close, staff wipe the dispensers with the tables and refill them for the next day.

Questions from burger and wing restaurants
Won't sauce get all over the dispenser?
Some will. The housing is plastic with a clear face, so it wipes clean with a damp cloth when staff bus the table. Skip abrasive pads, which can scratch the window. On route visits we also clean the window and replace any stained card.
Do guests really take fewer napkins?
Guests pull one napkin at a time instead of a handful, so the stack isn't wasted on one grab. They can still take as many as they need. The goal is fewer napkins on the floor and in the trash untouched.
Can I keep a stack for to-go bags?
Yes. Keep a sleeve of standard interfold napkins behind the counter for bags. The dispensers handle the tables, booths, and condiment station.
Will a drink or delivery brand ever be advertised?
No. We never place ads for restaurants, food businesses, delivery apps, or beverage brands. You approve every non-food advertiser before the card goes in.
