Free Napkin Dispensers for Bars and Sports Bars

Free napkin dispensers for bars and sports bars come with starter napkins, no cost, and no contract. A local non-food business sponsors the window, and you approve each one.

Bar napkins versus food napkins

Bartenders already use beverage napkins under drinks. Those small squares stay at the well and the service station. The dispensers are for the food side.

On game night the kitchen sends out wings, nachos, and sliders to every high-top. Guests grab napkins from the bar caddy in handfuls, and half end up wet on the floor.

High-tops, booths, and the end of the bar

We put dispensers on high-tops, booths, and patio tables where food gets eaten. On the bar top, one goes at the end or a corner, away from the well and the drip mats.

Keeping them off the service station means bartenders don't have to work around them.

  • High-tops and booths: where food plates land.
  • End of the bar: away from the well and drip mats.
  • Patio: covered housing keeps napkins from blowing off.

No alcohol ads, ever, and what goes in the window instead

We never place alcohol, beverage, food, or restaurant ads. No beer brand will be advertised next to your taps, and no other bar will be on your tables.

Cards come from local non-food businesses that suit an evening crowd, like auto shops, barbershops, gyms, and tax preparers.

Route visits and approvals at a bar

We schedule visits for slow hours, before opening or mid-afternoon. We check cards, wipe windows, and take a photo. Staff refill napkins during opening side work.

You approve each advertiser before the card goes in. If one doesn't fit the room, call or text and we pull it.

Game nights, spills, and closing side work

On a big game night, drinks get knocked over at high-tops, and the first thing a guest reaches for is a napkin. A dispenser on the table stops them from raiding the bar caddy.

Trivia nights and weekend brunch bring a different crowd, but the same spills. The covered housing keeps napkins dry when a drink tips nearby.

At close, barbacks wipe the dispensers with the tables and refill any that ran low, so the opening crew starts clean.

Questions from bars and sports bars

Will a beer or liquor brand ever be on the card?

No. We never place alcohol, beverage, food, or restaurant ads, and we never place tobacco, cannabis, political, or adult ads. Cards come from local non-food businesses that you approve one by one.

Do these replace my beverage napkins?

No. Keep your beverage napkins at the well for drinks. The dispensers hold standard interfold dispenser napkins for food: wings, burgers, nachos. They go on tables, high-tops, and one spot at the end of the bar.

When do you come by?

During slow hours, usually before opening or in the afternoon. We never show up in the middle of a game or a busy service. Visits take a few minutes and don't need staff help.

Can I skip the bar top and only do tables?

Yes. Plenty of bars want dispensers only on high-tops and booths and nothing on the bar itself. You pick the spots at the walk-through.
