Napkin Dispenser Ads for Realtors
Napkin dispenser ads for realtors put your face and name in front of the neighbors you're farming, every week, at the places they eat. Real estate is a long game of being remembered, and a table card is a steady, low-key way to stay in mind.
Your farm, one restaurant at a time
Farming a neighborhood usually means postcards, open houses, and showing up at local events. A napkin card at the coffee shop or breakfast spot your farm actually uses does the same work every day.
You choose the restaurants. Pick the places inside your farm, so the people seeing your face are the homeowners you want to list.
The question that starts a listing
Most sellers start by wondering, not by calling. What's the house worth? Could we afford to move closer to the grandkids? What would we walk away with after the loan?
A card that asks one of those questions, and offers a free answer, catches the wondering stage. That's months before a seller interviews agents, which is when you want to be the familiar name.
Empty nesters, inheritances, and the 55-plus move
Kids leaving for college, a growing family, a job move, a divorce, an inherited house, a retirement. In California, homeowners 55 and older also ask about transferring their property tax base when they move, and many don't realize the rules changed a few years ago.
A seasonal card can speak to one of these directly, like a downsizing card for long-time owners, without being pushy.
Your DRE number and your broker's rules
California generally expects your name and DRE license number on first-contact marketing, and your broker likely has rules about how the brokerage name appears. Some brokerages review every print ad.
Send us your broker's requirements and we'll build them into the design, then send a proof so it can be approved before printing.
Sunday open house, Monday coffee
A farm works when your name turns up in several places in the same week. Sunday, neighbors walk through your open house. Monday, they see your face on the napkin dispenser at the coffee shop. Thursday, your mailer lands.
None of those alone wins a listing. Together they make you the agent people mention when a neighbor says they're thinking of selling.
Point the card's QR code at a recent sales page for that exact neighborhood. It's what homeowners in your farm are curious about anyway.
A note on advertising rules for realtors
California generally requires agents to include their name and DRE license number on first-contact marketing, and the brokerage name typically has to appear as well. Check with your broker before any card prints, and keep copy consistent with fair housing rules.
You approve every proof, so you stay in control of what goes to print.

Questions realtors ask us
Can I put my headshot on a napkin card?
Yes, and most agents should. A clear headshot helps neighbors recognize you at open houses and around the area. Keep it simple and high contrast so it reads from across the table, next to your name and DRE number.
Does my broker need to approve the card?
Many brokerages review agent advertising, and California generally expects your DRE number and brokerage name on marketing. We send a proof before anything prints, so you can get your broker's sign-off first.
What offer works on a realtor's card?
A home value estimate is the classic, because it catches sellers before they're ready to interview agents. A net sheet or downsizing consultation can work well in neighborhoods with many long-time owners.
Will another realtor be in the same restaurant?
No. We place one advertiser per category per restaurant, so if you hold the realtor spot in a restaurant's dispensers, no other agent will be in that restaurant. That's what makes the spot useful for farming.
