How it works
How Napkin Dispenser Advertising Works
How napkin dispenser advertising works, in plain terms: restaurants get free dispensers, local businesses sponsor the window, and we design, print, install and check the cards. Here is both sides of it.

- 1
Tell us where your customers are
Call or send the short form with your business address or the zip codes you serve. We reply within one business day with the restaurants near you that have an open spot in your category.
- 2
Pick your restaurants and a plan
Choose one restaurant, a cluster of five, or fifteen across an area. One advertiser per category per restaurant, so once you take the dentist spot at a restaurant, no other dentist can.
- 3
Approve your card
Send a logo, an offer and a phone number or QR code. We design the card, send a proof, and print it on heavy stock once you approve. You can also send a print-ready file.
- 4
Your ad goes on every table
We install your card in every dispenser at your restaurants on the next route visit, then check it on regular visits and send you photos.
- 5
Track and adjust
Use a code, a tracking number or a QR link that appears only on the napkin card. Swap the offer with the season. Add restaurants in areas that respond.
- 1
Sign up in two minutes
Send the short form or call. We ask about your tables, counter and hours.
- 2
We visit and set up
We count tables, drop off dispensers and a starter supply of napkins, and show your staff the refill.
- 3
You approve the advertisers
Before any card goes in, you see who it is. Say no to anyone, no reason needed. Never another restaurant or food business.
- 4
We keep it tidy
Regular route visits to check the windows, swap cards and replace anything scuffed. Your staff refills napkins as usual.
The rules on every table
One advertiser per category per restaurant
One dentist, one realtor, one plumber. Your competitor cannot buy the dispenser next to you.
Never food, never politics
No restaurants, delivery apps or beverage brands in a host restaurant. No political, adult, alcohol, tobacco or cannabis ads anywhere.
The restaurant approves every card
Owners see each advertiser before installation and can remove any ad on request.
Real route visits
A person checks every dispenser on a schedule, replaces damaged cards and sends advertisers photos.
What a route visit checks
A person, not a courier, visits each restaurant on a schedule. They wipe the window, check the card is straight and unscuffed, swap any card due for a seasonal change, confirm the napkin supply, and photograph each dispenser. Advertisers get the photos. Owners get a tidy table.
What happens when a restaurant says no to an advertiser
Nothing goes to print. The advertiser is offered the next restaurant on their list. Owners never have to explain a no.
What happens when a spot is taken
Category exclusivity means the first dentist to book a restaurant holds it for as long as they renew. We keep a waitlist by category and tell you the moment a spot opens or a new restaurant joins nearby.
Frequently asked questions
How does Next Bite Media work?
We give restaurants free napkin dispensers and a starter supply of napkins. In exchange, the dispenser windows carry ad cards from local businesses. Advertisers pay a flat monthly fee to be in the restaurants they choose.
How many advertisers share a dispenser?
A small number, and never two from the same category in the same restaurant. If you're the dentist in that restaurant, you're the only dentist.
Can I choose the restaurants?
Yes. You pick from the restaurants in our network near your business or service area. We show you what's open in your category before you commit, and we add restaurants every month.
How do I know my ad is up?
You get the list of restaurants carrying your card and photo check-ins from our route visits.
How do I track results?
Use a QR code, a dedicated phone number or an offer code that appears only on the napkin ad. Ask new customers how they heard about you and write it down.
