Free Napkin Dispensers for Coffee Shops
Free napkin dispensers for coffee shops include a starter supply of napkins, no cost, and no contract. A nearby non-food business sponsors the little front window, after you approve it.

The milk bar is where coffee shop napkins vanish
Coffee shop napkins live at the condiment bar with the lids, sleeves, stirrers, and oat milk. That counter is always wet.
When someone overfills a cup, they grab a wad to wipe it, then another wad for the car. The loose stack is gone by mid-morning.
Dispensers for the condiment bar and the laptop tables
One dispenser on the condiment bar, set back from the pour area, keeps napkins dry. Others go on the two-tops and the long laptop table.
If you only want the bar and not the tables, that's fine. Most of your traffic is to-go anyway.
- Condiment bar: away from the drip zone.
- Laptop and communal tables: one per few seats.
- Pickup counter: for mobile orders.
Sponsor cards that suit a coffee crowd
Coffee shops see commuters, remote workers, students, and parents after drop-off. Local gyms, tutoring centers, salons, and realtors are natural fits.
We never place ads for restaurants, bakeries, or beverage brands. No other coffee will ever be on your counter.
Keeping control of the window at your coffee shop
You approve every advertiser before the card goes in. If one stops fitting the feel of your shop, call or text and we pull it.
Our route visits are short and timed outside the morning rush. Baristas refill napkins like any dispenser, and we tell you which standard refills fit.
Spills, sleeves, and the morning commuter wave
The morning wave hits all at once: commuters, parents after school drop-off, and the regulars who want the same drink. Lids go on in a hurry, coffee splashes, and someone grabs half the napkin stack to wipe a cup holder.
Afternoons are slower and longer. Laptop workers stay for hours and use napkins as coasters under iced drinks that sweat.
A dispenser at the bar and one on the long table handle both crowds without a barista restocking a loose pile.

Questions from coffee shops
Will a coffee brand ever be on the card?
No. We never place ads for restaurants, food businesses, delivery apps, or beverage brands. The cards come from local non-food businesses like gyms, tutors, salons, and realtors, and you approve each advertiser first.
Our shop has a specific look. Can I see the card first?
Yes. You see the advertiser and the card proof before anything goes in. If a design clashes with your shop, say no and it stays out. The dispenser itself is black with a clear face, so it reads neutral on most counters.
Do I have to put dispensers on every table?
No. Plenty of coffee shops want one on the condiment bar and one at mobile pickup, and nothing on the tables. You choose the spots at the walk-through.
Who handles the napkins once the starter supply runs out?
You do, the same way you buy napkins now. The dispenser takes standard interfold dispenser napkins, and we tell you exactly which size fits so your supplier can match it.
