Free Napkin Dispensers for Food Halls and Cafeterias

Free napkin dispensers for food halls and cafeterias come with starter napkins, no cost, and no contract. Local non-food businesses sponsor the window, approved by whoever runs the seating.

Shared seating means nobody owns the napkins

In a food hall or cafeteria, every vendor hands out napkins and guests grab more on the way to a table. Nobody tracks it, so napkins pile up on shared tables and at the trash stations.

At noon the room fills all at once. Loose stacks at the condiment counter get cleared out in minutes.

Common tables, condiment counters, and bus stations

We put dispensers on shared tables, at the central condiment counter, and near the tray return or bus station where people wipe up before leaving.

If a vendor wants one at their own pickup window, we can talk to them directly with your okay.

  • Shared tables: one per table or per few seats on long benches.
  • Central condiment counter: away from sauce pumps.
  • Tray return and bus stations: for last-minute wipes.

Ads that never compete with your vendors

Every vendor in the hall sells food, so we never place ads for food businesses, restaurants, delivery apps, or drink brands. The window holds cards from local non-food businesses.

For workplace, campus, and hospital cafeterias, that might be an optometrist, a dentist, a gym, or an urgent care clinic nearby.

Who approves ads when a building runs the seating

The person who manages the common seating approves each advertiser, usually the hall operator, property manager, or facilities lead. Vendors can raise concerns through them.

We coordinate route visits around your cleaning schedule and building access rules. Your custodial or front staff refill napkins, and we tell you which standard refills fit.

Noon peaks, weekend crowds, and tray returns

Office and campus cafeterias peak at noon on weekdays, then go quiet. Public food halls also fill on weekend evenings, when families and groups share long tables.

Either way, napkins pile up at the tray return and trash stations, and custodial staff spend time picking up untouched ones.

One-at-a-time dispensing on every shared table means fewer napkins go to waste in the rush. Your staff refill the dispensers during their normal table checks.

Questions from food halls and cafeterias

Who signs up, the operator or each vendor?

Usually the operator, property manager, or facilities lead who controls the shared seating. That person approves the advertisers. Individual vendors can also ask for a dispenser at their own counter with the operator's okay.

Can our building's rules on signage apply?

Yes. Tell us your signage or advertising rules and we work inside them. You see every advertiser and card proof before anything goes on a table, and you can have any card removed.

Do you work with workplace or campus cafeterias?

Yes, if the cafeteria is a brick-and-mortar dining room in Los Angeles County and the person in charge approves. We schedule route visits around your building access and cleaning times.

Will a vendor's competitor ever advertise in the hall?

No. We never place ads for restaurants, food businesses, delivery apps, or beverage brands. Every card is from a local non-food business.
